I looked up "Redeemed" in Thayer's Greek Definitions for a more defined meaning and it says: 1) a ransom; redemption, 2) deliverance; especially from the penalty of sin.

HISTORY
I started making websites around 1997 when my Dad got me into Microsoft Publisher. The reason being because I wanted to put my Point of Grace photographs on the internet for all my friends  to see.
After that, I got into making graphics with Corel Draw; and from there got into the whole wed design and graphic design thing.
Oh, and I can't forget all those accounts I had on those "free website" providers. You name the provider, I had an account.

BIRTH & MEANING
In early 2001, my older brother gave me an opportunity to have my own domain; and of course, I took it and ran with it.
On March 5,  2001 Lutrosis.net was born. Lutrosis. I am sure you're wondering where I even came up with that name.
When I was trying to come up with some "cool" names for my new domain, I asked a friend of mine to help me out by finding words in different languages. She ended up finding two words. They were both in Greek. The first one I don't even remember, but the second was Lutrosis. In Greek that means "Redeemed". Redeemed. As in repenting of your sins, believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose again on the third day, and asking Him to live in you. How cool is that?

PURPOSE
I bet you're also wondering what this site is all about, right? I've only got one answer for that: God. It's all about God. That's what life is all about. That's the whole reason why we are even here, I believe.
So, why not make what I love to do as a hobby honor and glorify Him. Although some people may disagree with that. Back to my point, this domain is about God and God only. Yes, I am going to tell about my life, but my life isn't even my own, it's God's.
